Rainfall Cascade

Design Journey

Inspired by the quiet rhythm of falling rain, Rainfall Cascade translates vertical movement into a composition of suspended crystal drops.
Arranged at changing heights, the elements create flow, depth and visual lightness while allowing the architecture to remain open around them.

Light & Atmosphere

Clear crystal responds to both daylight and interior illumination. The rounded lower section of each element gathers reflections, while its elongated form draws the eye gently downward. Light moves across the composition in small highlights rather than a single concentrated source, creating a calm and atmospheric presence.

Inspiration & Form

Rainfall is collective, yet never uniform. Each drop follows the same downward direction, but differences in spacing, speed and position create a constantly changing pattern. Rainfall Cascade interprets this natural variation through elongated crystal forms, arranged without rigid symmetry. The result captures the character of rain without reproducing it literally.

Composition & Space

Rainfall Cascade can be shaped around the scale and proportions of the architecture. In tall interiors, the composition can descend through multiple levels and connect different viewpoints. Across wider spaces, the elements can be distributed with open spacing or gathered more densely to establish a stronger focal point. Suspension height, density and overall direction can be adjusted while preserving the collection’s distinctive vertical rhythm.

Detail & Material

Each element is expressed as an elongated crystal drop with a tapered upper form and softly rounded base. Transparency keeps the individual pieces visually light, while the curved surfaces give them depth and definition. Precise suspension allows each drop to remain clearly visible within the larger composition. The complete form emerges through repetition, variation and the space held between the elements.
